Person-Centered Therapy (PCT)

This approach allows for you to take the lead in sharing your story and exploring your stuff in a safe space.

In Person-Centered Therapy, We Will Focus on:

  • You telling your story in a safe space to a person ready to genuinely listen to you with empathy

  • Us exploring your story as you feel led to and where you feel led to explore

  • You increasing in awareness of yourself in the journey you’ve had up until now, being enabled to see the future with a brighter lens, and being equipped with new, healthy approaches to taking on life moving forward
